Fantastic local service. At time of writing the cost for an adult is £1.50 each way which is a bargain really. Lovely staff, well kept boats and it drops you right on Mt Edgcumbe country park. A lovely experience for a day out. Photo taken nearby by, and then a seal fishing from nearby the ferry on the Cornish side!

Handy crossing for foot passengers, saves the drive around over the Tamar bridge. Great if your just going for a walk with the family or dog in Mount Edgcombe Park or along the coastal path. Good food available in the Orangy of the park gardens.

In the summer time you can get the ferry from Plymouth to Cawsand and walk a short path to get the Cremyll ferry back to Plymouth. Makes a good day out if the weather is fine.
