This review is only from walking around the showroom and I didn't buy a car from them.  Didn't get great vibes from one of the salesman when looking around , while I'd hope what he was talking about was sense and to the point - lacked something and didn't feel like I wanted to buy a car from him.  Showroom was nice and tidy - no beverage facilities....

Went in to talk to Scott about the electric scooter range they are selling currently. Told me the range of the scooter, speed and other details, seemed knowledgeable about the product. Clean pleasant environment to buy a car or scooter. All good

A really excellent service from Josh Robinson helping out a fellow Motor Dealer with some service history for a car we had for sale. All sorted in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding.!

Very disappointed with the customer care and the way we were treated. We took our 2.5 year old Seat car in for a check as our handbrake had slipped numerous times and become dangerous. We were told that we would have to pay if they couldn't find a problem, although this is clearly a big safety issue and we are still within the 3 years manufacturer's warranty. They didn't even want to investigate the issue.  A very unhelpful gentlemen was very awkward and did not seem to want to help at all.  Due to this poor experience I will not be taking my car there again for anything. I would rather travel an extra 30mins to another Seat garage.

Was told to come back later to test drive a car with same engine and gearbox as the one I was interested in, a mobility car. I came back later to be presented with a car that was previous model that had a smaller engine. All I heard was apologies in the showroom to both myself and other customer. Very unprofessional. I ordered a Skoda in the end, whose staff couldn't help enough.

Fantastic dealership. Very friendly sales rep, Jamie, who didn't push us for things we didn't need or want. Great advice, great atmosphere, great sales rep and manager. Highly recommended! And the coffee there is good too. :-
