Had my Audi in for some accident damage and the work they did was perfect, even sorting a few extra stone chips and scratches out at a reasonable price. Can not fault the work or service, hopefully won't be back but if I need to, wouldn't hesitate in using again.

Shambles of an organisation. Terrible customer service, incorrect timelines given, poor excuses and Workshop manager basically told me I was lying today as they didn’t do the work which was agreed. Don’t go anywhere near them! Reported to RAC to be investigated.

Car had an intermittent sensor fault after a large repair and even though left for 6 months they took it in and fixed it within 24 hours without charging like most places would. Very happy

I scraped my car against a wall whilst manoeuvring at walking speed on private land. For reasons of expediency I elected for a private, albeit expensive, repair. The work was carried out to a high, even impeccable, technical standard, although completed later than promised. However, far worse, the confidential details of my business with Kynaston were 'leaked' so that Auto Legal Services, in the manner of 'ambulance chasers' harrassed me and my wife with interminable phone calls over the year following the 'accident', hinting that my wife could possibly benefit by thousands of pounds from personal injury. I raised the matter with Kynaston's General Manager, who failed to understand that the telephoning legal company had detailed information that could only have come from Kynaston, either through a business arrangement or a rogue employee. To add insult to injury, the General Manager's postal reply was unstamped and I had to pay to receive it. Notwithstanding the high quality of the workmanship, the breach of business confidentiality together with the inadequate response by the Manager mean that I could not possibly entertain doing business with Kynaston again.

Do not go to Kynaston under any circumstances. Completely unprofessional approach and my car was there for nearly 2 weeks to have a 3 day job done!
