They recovered my car from an accident and removed all my personal items from the car, upon collecting them 6 weeks later the items were soaked in water and smelt. Highfield claimed that it was raining when the accident happened, it wasn't and the car was emptied after the weekend because the accident happened on a Friday, it didn't it was a Tuesday. The two people in their reception office were rude, aggressive, argumentative, insensitive and very unhelpful. They definitely need some customer service training. Also, one wonders why they have so many cameras in their reception area and lock their customers in a holding area whilst their query is dealt with! Also, some of my items were missing.

We had our car recovered from Oakhampton services and taken to our garage in St Austell (Cornwall). They were quick, efficient and the "ole boy" they sent could not have been nicer. Obviously I wish it had never happened, but Highfield made the experience as painless as they possibly could have. Many thanks.

Having used them (unfortunately) several times in the past year, they have always been fantastic. Cannot fault Highfield one bit. 100% recommended. Special shout out to Mat, John, Mark & Jack who I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

Unlike the AA these guys are straightforward and honest with transparent and fair pricing. Dealt with my breakdown quickly at reasonable cost, thanks!
