We purchased a Kia from the garage and was sold a service plan ,we have had a call from the official Kia dealer in Exeter who informs us there is a service plan already in place for this car and is expecting the car in for this years service .  We are now informed there was no need  for another service plan to be sold with this car Waiting for Marsh to respond and a refund offered ..

We bought a 2nd hand mokia from Neil here, deal was done over the phone with a video sent. He was straight up honest, everything was as described when we saw the car and the whole process was as good as it gets. Even put some fuel in it for us.

The service provided by Marsh Garages was excellent. Danian was the one who helped us. He was very professional and friendly, answering our calls and email queries quickly and promptly, making the process from beginning to end an easy and pleasant one. He made all the effort to have the car in perfect condition, well presented having it cleaned professionally and had the MOT done before I collected it. He also was waiting and picked me up from the station St Davies as I travelled from another County to get the car. I recommend Marsh Garages for your next car purchase and Danian for his 5 Stars customer service. Cheers

We purchased a car from Danian who was helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about the car. It wasn't a problem to answer all of our questions. Marsh Garages had the right balance of a helpful follow up regarding stock availability but were not at all pushy to make a sale.

Friendly staff clean waiting areas with plenty of hand sanitising stations around.All staff wore masks and i felt very safe. I was also pleased to see my car had a complimentary wash and hoover which was a lovely touch. Will certainly be using them again.
