Had my van in for a replacement engine after another garage spent 2 weeks and £1500 misdiagnosing it! Was done within a week from start to finish and has never ran better, thanks lads

Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs!

My parked car was damaged by a truck and the insurance paid for it to be "fixed" by Kynaston... I took the slightly dirty car (it was winter) there for front end damage to be fixed. Once it was in the shed I walked around with an employee who took pictures of the damage to be repaired, as well as any small marks on the vehicle and the panels around the car - which is totally fair enough, I can understand them not wanting to be blamed for anything....

Anyway, car was fixed I went to pick it up and they'd given it a wash too... I looked round, front end was fixed, but still not as good as before the truck damage. I wondered round to the rear and was horrified to see that my rear bumper was suffering from lacquer peel... "it was already there" I was told... "We didn't even touch the back of the car" was another excuse... um, so how exactly did the rear of the car get clean when it was dirty before then? "it's an old car" was more or less the reply I got... um, less than 10 years old with no other lacquer peel and very good paintwork... yeh I don't think so... Oh and guess what, those pictures they took of all other little bits and bobs on the car....  apparently not one of them showed the now very obvious lacquer peel...which you'd think was rather odd, considering they took photos of other little marks around the place so as not to get blamed....but there obvious lacquer peel which was apparently there already wasn't photographed...?? So...already there but not pictured... yeah, sounds about right!

Oh and to top it all off, the reason I'm writing this review today and not back when it happened which was Dec 2014, was that I was washing the car earlier and noticed that the paintwork on the bonnet (which they DID touch and respray) is not standing the test of time like all the other paintwork on the car....

So all in all, 0 out of 10, stay away, far better body shops out there!!!!

My insurance company directed me to this Body shop to have my vehicle repaired after an accident,upon collection of the vehicle i was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service i received was exemplary, Top marks

Jenna who works there was unbelievably lovely and helpful. Didn't have any work done by their mechanics but their reception team are wonderful!
