cancelled three times over a week, seems nice enough but wouldn’t bother if you need something done inside of a month.Services: Battery
Asked Matt to check my EGR value, he said he would clean it and explained it’s not a guaranteed fix . I accepted and continued to let him try. The next day I came to pick up the car to find he had drove the car into a lamp post , he refused to refund the job, Matt offered to fix the car and after booking it in to fix he failed to fix the car within the time frame and even after giving more time the car still wasn’t repaired. I asked for insurance information to find he’s and uninsured as a person and as a business He doesn’t hold a current driver’s license and it’s been revoked by the police according to Matt and the police. An £100 job turned into £2500 to repair the rear bumper damage. Matts a nice guy but just an unfortunate situation, use at your own risk
I was given a pair of driving lights for my birthday, but the instructions were mainly in German. Matt was the only mechanic I contacted who would even try it. He soon had it figured out and I am really pleased, both with his tidy work and his persistence. Thanks
Matt is an extremely talented mechanic with a real get involved attitude. I own a Mk5 Golf TSI which is a problematic engine, I had a bunch of fault codes which alluded to timing chain, supercharger and turbo failure, Matt sorted each component in a very methodical and practice way, learning the engine along the way. The car has since covered another 40k miles and has needed only for brake pads any tyres. I would without any doubt recommend him to anyone seeking a modern old skool mechanic that knows his nuts. If I ever need him again I'll be sure to call Matt first!
My partner tried to book this guy, he strung us a long for a week changing the appointment and then when we did get a time and date from him he didn't turn up and did not respond to messages. A real let down and totally unprofessional
Great reliable service. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue with my daughter's car and had it fixed promptly. Good, competitive rate.
No transport to get to mine. Wanting me to run around pick him and tools up. Was ready to do that but he wanted to spend time with girlfriend lol so did not get job
