Smashing restaurant. I had the haggis burger which was sheer bliss. Served with a small, but just the right sized portion, of the tastiest peppercorn sauce I've had in a long time, and some great coated, fluffy inside chips. Actually sitting with my mouth watering thinking about it. Afternoon tea looks like a great bargain too for £10 a head. Compliments to the chef and staff, I will be back 😊👍

Just stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the weather been better it would have been even better. Food was excellent, staff friendly (especially at the kids club), gym was very modern with a large variety of equipment. The kids loved their time on the beach collecting shells. Only criticism would be the walls in the room were very thin and could hear neighbouring rooms, especially when doors slammed.

Lovely hotel since it has been done up. Function room is impressive. Not that impressed with rooms in Bute suite. Looked a tad dated and the floor boards were loose. Every step I took within the room no matter what resulted in a squeak. I felt sorry for room below us.

Quality place and strongly recommended. Friendly polite staff.clean modern and money being well spent on recent upgrading. Relaxing location as it should be. Why only 4 out 5. Minor. Bedside lamp out.safe locked instead of open to allow reset. Curtain blind in sitting section of suite came down but would not go back up. As it was only 1 night I said nothing. Major. I should have returned my steak. Over salted is a understatement. My wife had the same and was it was good she said. Starters and breakfast were superb. Very much more positives than negetives.

Fabulous! Gorgeous inside, great vistas, fantastic facilities and friendly helpful staff. Nice food with great service too. Been here on business and for leisure/spa and would thoroughly recommend.
