Our venue boasts elegant and bespoke furnishings set in luxurious surroundings and provides spectacular, panoramic sea views of the Ayrshire coastline.

We have recently completed part of our re-branding and re-styling programme within the Hotel beginning with our 24 stunning bedrooms.

Great location just by seafront with easy access to attractions and centre. Didn't give 5 Stars as room was open when checking in along with empty wine bottle left there and some dirty on floor. Had full Scottish breakfast everyday but it wasn't consistent but was accommodating if you wanted to change order. Plenty of parking and staff was friendly.
Nice hotel to visit. Parking on site at no extra charge. Rooms clean comfortable and to a higher spec than expected. My room was at the front and had a great view but not all rooms have a good view. The full scottish breakfast I had was the best I have had in a long time top marks for that. This place only accepts card no cash payments. There is no lift in this building that I could see. I would happily stay here again. The housekeeping staff I met were friendly and chatty. Bar staff were also friendly in fact all the staff were friendly.
Held a funeral service in the smaller suite. Paid £13 per head with minimum numbers to be 30 people so a good intake for them. Sadly it was very disappointing. Sandwiches were dry, sausage rolls tiny and scones not even the size of your thumb as well as being rock hard, dry and inedible. Staff not very attentive and only given one round of hot drinks. Such a shame as a beautiful location. Perhaps they are more interested in the big money maker, weddings?!
What can I say about my stay...I loved it! I stayed 3 nights and from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel so welcome. Staff couldn't do more for me. I had problem with shower that couldn't be fixed and I was moved swiftly and I had asked for help also as I had left my phone charger at home and girl told me where I could get another in town. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful from the desk staff to the breakfast staff to the busy cleaners in the morning who also said a friendly hi ...and talking of breakfast wow what a beautiful room! I loved the wedding pictures in there I took a walk around them all! And the food was delicious. I had a lovely cake stand surprise treat on my last morning which I loved! Thank you!
