Very unhappy no effort had went into the prep . I was taking my volunteers out for an afternoon tea treat . They had pushed 3 round tables together in the bar area no nice white table cloths as advertised. I was totally disgusted.

Large rooms, very quiet during our visit. Could hear people snoring in the next room. Great location for us. Breakfast excellent. Rooms very old and tired. Mould all over shower riser. Old fashioned furniture that was covered in ingrained dust. Sheets do not cover the mattress properly. Plus side free WiFi and a free safe in the room. Would stay here again.

If you're holding a meeting in a hotel what's the main thing you're looking for? Nice chairs? A table? Tea and coffee? Let's assume that every hotel on the planet can do all that. No, what you want is a working projector that you can get turned on and operate with no hassle. Having suffered my share of terrible projectors it was nice to get a good one for once. If its already plugged in and actually pointed at the screen next time then it'll be five stars.

Attended a funeral tea here. Staff definitely need retraining in customer care. People should not need to wait to get a warm cuppa.... the day was stressful enough for family and friends....
