Great accessibility as a wheelchair user. Lovely guy let us touch a shark egg which my son had been really Interested in. My children (3 and 18months) really enjoyed it and especially loved the penguin feeding time! Some bits were closed for repairs which was a shame, but otherwise a nice experience. The restaurant and the shop staff were also really helpful with a very unusual request and helped me in every way they could! The soft play alone also went down a treat whilst us adults were busy finishing our fish and chips and also whilst mummy had her mini emergency! Much appreciated. Thank you.

What a fantastic aquarium! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, we easily spent an hour and a half wandering around looking at all the displays. The star of the show Noah the sea turtle is just amazing, I could have sat and watched him for hours such a beautiful creature. The penguins are fantastic. Great gift shop lots of options even if you don't want to spend too much. Great job guys such a wonderful place to visit.

We took our grand children aged 5, 3, and 1yr they loved it. As soon as you walk in they can see turtles in a tank and from there it just gets better. With a member of staff they were able to touch a star fish and a crab. The penguins kept them amused and then the giant turtle and sharks you see as you walk through the tunnel. Every tank is low enough for little ones to see into. You could spend a couple of hours in there and then finish with a coffee and cake in the cafe where there is a soft play area and gift shop.

The place itself is a bit small, but a lovely experience regardless. However, considering the quite steep ticket price, what really makes it worth it are the talks and feeding demonstrations. Without those, the price would be a little too much for just a 30-minute walk through the place. Staff is very friendly and like to talk as well as answer questions. The restaurant is OK, nothing special - bit pricey for the quality you get, but not something you should avoid either. Worth a visit!

Really enjoyed it here nice selection good fun for kids. Shame there isn't parking had to find a space locally. Price better online than at door. Cafe lovely, coffee and cream cake while son loved the free soft play opposite. Staff enthusiastic and friendly
