The pet section has improved in recent months and now stocks a good selection of pet products, with good knowledgeable service on hand. However, the same cannot be said of the hardware side of the business which is distinctly underwhelming. Service is basic and at times poor depending on who you get. Hopefully this too will improve in time.
Let down by this lot. After placing an order online for 15 sheets of timber, received an email the next day saying they are able to offer 5 sheets and will not be getting any more in. This has now led to a delay in the job that was planned as I will have to go to another provider that is genuine and has advertised stock. Unreliable.
Alot of dead fish in tanks around 20 atleast. 1 pleco that must have been dead a few days by state of it and lots of fish dying in the loach and parrot fish tanks. Staff with very little knowledge on fish but like to crank up the prices
Pretty rude and unhelpful staff. I will never go back and never recommend. I had asked a question about some timber I required and the response was, and I quote: " why dont you go and measure it - its in the yard". Nice.
Went into purchase a tank today had the money ready to buy and knew the tank I really wanted told the man and he seemed he couldn't be bothered to even sell me the tank he said he would look for the filter that goes with it and came back and said I don't know where it is and walked off and didn't say anymore to me waited for 10 mins thinking he was coming back and nothing
If you want advice about fish its good but the lady at the till is very helpful. The fish are reasonably priced.
Very good all round selection of animal feeds, work clothing, general tools and other equipment.
A store that stocks pretty much anything you need for a smallholding. An extensive range of products and the option of home delivery.
Love this place got everything you need, good selection of pets and accessories .
Lovely little aquatics shop it’s a shame that Atlantic has recently gone in to liquidation popped down there on the 15th to be greated by locked gates
