I'm a loyal customer to pets at home , I came to your new store in Haverhill today for my dog to go to the groomers . I'm on a disabity scooter as my disabilities prevent me walking unaided short distances,.i was not able to see where to go and not a single member of staff came to  assistance and so eventually found the lift to get up stairs . When finished and came down stairs wanted a few items did not no where there were but when I tried to get to them I could not on my scooter so came away with only one lot of items and then the task together to the till which is a no go with scooter so had to get to on my crutches and then wait I must say he position of them till is not good , I can't but help saying the store is poorly thought for people with disabilities and tried to get staff attention to help with no success so all in all , would not venture again and carry on using pound stretcher where easy access and cheaper and more space and staff always inhave found only to pleased to assist. 😔

Staff friendly but not very knowledgeable. Really expensive compared to other pet stores. Not easy to get to at times due to traffic.
