Waiting for SCS to sort out our latest problem. Watch this space 😞 So, we had vinyl flooring laid in the kitchen, third time lucky as the first two rolls were faulty, that was a pain having to move the washing machine out three times, and the weeks of waiting. The fitters managed to rip off the edging from my kitchen work surface, but promised to have it repaired within three days. That was the last we heard of them. Eventually after many phone calls to the store and visits with no help whatsoever I managed to get the kitchen experts who supplied the kitchen to replace the broken edging at a cost of fitting to me. Back into store to see how the manager would respond to this all I got was a "sorry you've had these problems, we now don't use those fitters any more, goodbye" As if I care who they employ? I mean, am I likely to ever shop there again?

Useless fitters - do not answer calls or respond to customer enquiries. Appalling service!

Wrong footstool colour delivered after 3 months wait. Took a further 6 months to get the correct item and only after much chasing and many complaints. Staff do not care. Didn't get any response at all, or apology from the store manager. Avoid at all costs!

Big thanks to SCS for delivering the wrong colour carpet today, me and the wife now have to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 3 nights as they can't get back until Friday and our new bed delivered today is too complex and heavy to build and disassemble with only 2 days inbetween. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
