Purchased a bathroom suite from Bathstore. It was more expensive than other companies so I thought that it would be good quality. I soon found out that it was cheap junk made out to be good quality. After just over a year the cabinet doors cracked and become distorted. When I informed the store they immediately become defensive and put the guard up (They seemed to be used to dealing with unhappy customers). They refused to replace my doors unless i showed them evidence. So I had to take photo's of the doors and show them. They still refused to replace the doors - they said it was my fault as the cracking and warping was caused by condensation so I must have a condensation problem in my bathroom. This was nonsense of course, I don't have any condensation problem in my bathroom. Far from it, my bathroom is well-aired and ventilated - the problem was that their doors are rubbish. So I had to pay fro some replacement doors, when I received them one was already warped (I think they sent me returns). These lasted about 6 months before they too all cracked. The cabinets have since started to fall apart. I've leant my lesson the hard way, never to buy from Bathstore. It's cheap junk at expensive prices. A bathroom suite should last more than a year before it starts cracking and falling apart. And the Customer Service is awful.
