All smiles and very helpful when they are taking your order but after sales care is non existent. They placed the order with the manufacturer incorrectly and when they were told the order was wrong they said it would take 4 weeks to resolve. 6 weeks later and with ourselves having to contact SCS Wednesbury to find out what the issue was they eventually solved it. The scatter cousins they delivered were incorrect the feet on the sofa were incorrect and they didn't bring the care kit for the sofa with them. They advised us to go and pick up from store even though it was there problem and when they came out to fix the feet the saleswoman on the phone gave my partner attitude because she didn't have on HER paperwork to deliver a care kit. To top it off when we were in the store ordering the sofa we had to witness a blazing row between a member of the sales team and one of the girls on reception which was surprisingly down to a customer making a complaint. Our saleswoman was 5'5 with black hair avoid her and the store. Seems a very shoddy and unprofessional place of business.

very poor service indeed . treat you like dirt when you have signed for your goods . very rude very poor customer service. and they will not pick up the phone . i warn you do not go to them , treat me like a 3rd class citizen. no stars would be - 10 stars for me . but they do not care about bad reviews. get better customer service from pound land. tried to cancel my order would not take any notice of me . warning warning warning stay away from them

Once staff see you showing interest in something they start following you around. Then try and start small talk and offer you drinks. Then when it comes down to maybe buying something, they want you to have it on finance. Pay over the odds for delivery and buy a load of covers that you don't really need.

They wine and dine you upon entering the store, no soon as you sign on the dotted line you may as well bend over and take it straight up the tail pipe because they don't give a rats ass!!! Lies upon lies and when you do complain the manager tells you he does not like the tone of my voice. After sales is a joke, the manager of my local one tried to tell me that the carpet supplier in Belgium was responsible for my carpet not coming on time as they had cut it too short as they cut it to fit over in Belgium and send it out. Are they seriously expecting anyone to buy that ridiculous excuse, not all people are as stupid as they think they are. Then the manager tried again to tell me that he had no control of the sofa fitters!!!! So he had no control over the carpet, no control of the sofas, and as you can imagine I had lost control of my voice..... I will not be having anything again from these guys, 3rd sofa from them, no more....
