1 Star is for Andy As for the other staff they were appalling. Ordered Bathroom suite paid £25 delivery. Had 2 return several times due to items missing or incorrect . Manager and staff seemed more than happy to be unhelpful. Have already advised friends not to go there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jenny, one of their sales women is an amazing lady, so helpful. I spent £2000 on a bathroom and ordered an extra plinth for the cabinets in case I needed it and Jenny said I could return it if it wasn't needed but would be charged a 25% restocking fee because it was ordered from another company - no problem, I was happy with that. Fitter didn't need it so called to say I was bringing it back and a chap said I couldn't return it as they "don't take returns". He seemed like he enjoyed saying it too which was the worst thing! I explained what Jenny had said but he wasn't interested...blunt...matter of fact....condescending tone of voice "you'll have to speak to the gaffer on Monday". Disgusting attitude! Jenny....your customer facing skills are wasted in this company, after all your hard work and effort helping me choose my bathroom, I'll never be coming back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. £32 plinth has probably lost you £1000's.

Very cheap place if your looking for kitchen or bathroom furniture or equipment and tiles. Up to 80% off. Brought a lovely fan assisted oven should of been £600.. paid £250. Definitely go back again this time for the bathroom / shower. Friendly staff too.
