Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing. I purchased cut-sized with measurements that I need, and they sent me an extendable bar that took forever to replace. Not only that, I had to pay extra and was missing parts when requested; their response was "I should have it". But I don't. In addition to this email, I have received a reply from this company to this post which was very condescending. Very sad about it. Best,
Really good customer service. We had so many emails back and forth and I've almost lost count how many! Rose has incredible attention to detail and picked out some measurements I made mistakes on - luckily she pointed them all out, otherwise I'd end up with blinds that don't fit into my windows! Lots of double checking to make sure the sizes are absolutely correct. A little expensive compare to some other websites, but the customer service absolutely justifies the price. I will update with photos when I receive my blinds.
My curtain track was late on delivery. So contacted customer care, and got nothing but help. They chased up delivery, and payed extra for special delivery. Although late, my package arrived the next day, well packaged and in good order. I would like to thank the whole customer care team for their immediate action, especially Emily, who kept me informed of their actions during my brief wait for my goods. So well done all, I will recomend yourselves and look forward to using you again. Kind regards Ken mills.
Excellent service with exceptional customer service.They double checked my measurements with me as I made a mistake with the measuring.The Home of Interiors then amended my order.I would have ended up with a very tiny roller blind otherwise. Absolutely love the design of the material. Just beautiful.
I needed curtain rings to match existing rings that I'd bought years ago from who knows where! I rang and ordered a sample ring which arrived within a few days and was the perfect match. I then ordered a couple of packs which again arrived within days. The service from The Home of Interiors was excellent.
Really poor quality and expensive products. Better to shop at Ikea. The Cameron Fuller curtain poles were late and the fittings were very rough and poor quality when they arrived making it impossible to put together without causing damage to the poles. Customer service were very lax in their attitude, just not helpful at all.
A company to avoid! Excuse after excuse followed by apology after apology as to why an item had not arrived 5 weeks after order when they quote 3 days delivery. Blamed couriers and showed no initiative to provide the purchased product via a different postal method. Be aware this company partners with Evri for deliveries who continually fail customers. Combine a poor delivery company with an ineffectual seller and the outcome is abject failure. Ordered items from a competitor and arrived in under 48 hours!
A fantastic and personal service from Grace and Debbie. We were able to collect our order and they were very flexible and made things so easy. So pleased with our ready made curtains, lovely quality. Would definitely return and highly recommend them. Good luck in your new shop!
Excellent service provided by the company. I ordered for curtain tracks. At the beginning i was not sure what tracks to order. The advisor was very knowledgeable and helped me pick up the right tracks. After i ordered, all of the tracks were cut perfectly as per size, but one of the tracks was a bit off size. I called up customer services and they immediately send me a replacement which reached me next day morning. Would definitely recommend.
I was seeking single piece curtain poles, cut to size for 2 rooms and found them here, however when they arrived they were they were not single pieces per the site description. Customer services Grace stepped up to the plate to resolve the challenge, and we reordered new single piece poles, collection and refund for the original order. Wording on the website is also being changed to avoid further customer confusion. Well done team for the reaction and the responsiveness. Will definitely recommend the products and support from this family run business.
