Cannot fault this Veterinary practice they are amazing. Have only been with them 2 years, had to have my elderly dog put to sleep on July 4th 2022, had dealt with 2 vets Tally and Lorna both these ladies showed us and our little dog such compassion and kindness. When the time came, Lorna put Charlie to sleep we were given as much time as we wanted in a difficult and upsetting situation, our dog was given the dignity he so deserved. Lorna was very kind and calm for that we are truly grateful and to all the team at Scott's.
Always a pleasure to take our 2 rescue kitties to Scotts. Friendly reception staff and lovely vets. They make you feel like your pets are the best and always give them care its as if they were their own. Bit pricey but in my opinion if you have animals you have to be prepared to look after them. I would rather go without so my kitties are ok.
Could not credit this vets more. Have taken several pets there, all exotics and the staff have consistently been amazing. They are all so kind and incredible at what they do. If you need a vets, this place is my highest recommendation
Highly recommended, Tally gave my dog chico and myself more years together with his heart disease making his life more comfortable and a longer life, thank you Tally. The staff are friendly , highly recommend.
My dog developed an upset tummy over a couple of days and when he started passing blood I rang Scotts and got an emergency visit to the clinic horrendously expensive at 7pm on a Thursday. He was given an injection and pills, and the vet said to return on Saturday if not better. He continued to deteriorate and pass blood, and having not eaten for 4 days was very weak, but on the Saturday the receptionist would not give me an appointment with a vet. She said to try ringing on Monday, and I told her the dog would be dead by then. She then said I could sit it the car park and hope a vet might fit me in! I rang a vet practice in St Neots who saw us immediately and gave the dog life saving treatment. I'm pleased to say he made a full recovery, no thanks to Scotts Vets.
I have dealt with Many many vets over the years and this one exceeds them all. Always helpful, staff are lovely, knowledgeable and really care. Very thankful for them.
Always very helpful with everything. The vet answered all my questions and concerns. I never had any major issues or problems.
Had to bring our dogs in on a Sunday while staying in the area. Super helpful, efficient and friendly team, faultless service. Thankyou especially to Rory for his help.
On top form as usual. Lovely helpful stuff always caring and explains about the treatment they think is best for your beloved pet.
Very expensive clinic for what it is, some of the Reception staff must work on their empathy and communication skills. My cat had quite unpleasant experiences there and she absolutely hates it every single time we go. Looking to move my pets somewhere else at the minute. Would not recommend to anyone unless they have no other choice which is not the case.
