Elizabeth is an exceptionally caring and approachable very experienced vet. The practice is exceptionally spacious and well run with a generous supply of staff on hand.

Very understanding and empathetic staff. Excellent vets. Extremely clean and large waiting room. Reasonable fees. Hassle free insurance claims. Highly recommended!!

This year my two cats turned 17, over these years i have not trusted anyone else other than Elizabeth Smith Veterinary practice. Very easy to book an appointment and very responsive to emergency's. 100% recomend i will never go anywhere else! Thank you all!

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this practice. We were advised to book appointments with the same vet for continuity of care, however on multiple occasions when we have attended, we get put with a different vet. Which results in us having to re-explain the whole situation despite there being notes on our dogs file. We then get given contradictory advise, so a complete waste of time and money! We are now looking for alternative vets in the area.
