Easy parking and a delightful team working here. Their sensitivity towards others is clearly demonstrated by a LED candle on the reception desk which if illuminated, means that someone is saying farewell to a beloved pet so other people in the waiting area know to try and keep the volume down. It was on when we got there so we and our dogs sat quietly. A simple gesture but sure to be appreciated by others during an agonizing time. A great idea and we think shows the kind if care and attitude the team have.

Please avoid if you love your pet. I have been with this practice for 8 years. When it was time for my beloved dog to be put to sleep, they let him down on every level. Ms Moulton was cruel beyond words. A bland written apology "we will learn from our mistakes " etc etc Please honour your pet by moving to a practice that exhibits some compassion. I wish I had read their facebook reviews first. So many negative reviews, saying how awful their experience was.

We can't thank you all enough for your wonderful care of our lovely Barney, not only on this visit but all previous occasions. Thank you Rory for making his last visit as peaceful & painless as possible. Barney was a gentle boy & always the gentleman whatever he was put through over the last few years with his many visits & pills. He is now geatly missed. Sue Donoghue

Sadly had to visit with my terminally ill cat to have him put down, he declined in health rapidly after soldiering on for a year. It was a Sunday so the Vets Now team were in the practice. The lady on reception was extremely kind when we arrived, she could see immediately it was a sensitive issue and asked if we'd like to wait in one of the empty consultation rooms. We had about a 15 minute wait but we were checked on multiple times with the receptionist and a couple of nurses popping their heads through the door. We were offered drinks and seen to very quickly, all things considered. Received 2 cards in the post a week later along with some Forget Me Not seeds to plant. Can't fault the practice at Walnut Tree or the Vets Now team, they have been brilliant every time I've visited. Many thanks

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to the nurse who had no name badge, she was very helpful and attentive this morning, the only reason this review has 3 stars and not less. Sadly I was really quite upset over the fact the for looking after my partners cat went up this morning, in the space of an hour, from £129 up to 189. Fudge had been involved in an accident and brought in by another person. We received the phone call yesterday morning that Fudge was in the vets and had sustained very bad injuries. My partners family rushed over instantly to see her and find out exactly what had happened. Nobody told us over the last 24 hours that Fudge would need to be in a closed space, such as a dog cage, until she was being brought home. My partner and her family brought everything they thought they needed last night, to take care of Fudge upon her return home. Now they are looking for an adequate space to put her. I feel like the uprising in cost while my partners family had already been quoted was quite disgusting, and the lack of information has caused further upset for the family and Fudge as well, as for over an hour now she has been in the carrier she arrived home in. Overall I feel as though there was quite a bit of extra care that could have been given, if other members of staff were just that little bit more attentive.
