Honestly, I was expecting to walk in and grab a pair of doc martens just before christmas and was not expecting the amazing service I got. The young girl, Millie, who served me was fantastic. She was bubbly, personable, and very helpful. I came out of that shop with another purchase that I was umming and aring about that Millie helped me make a decision, and it was a good one. A really lovely service, as if they had all their focus on me despite it being a busy holiday season. Just overall well done to all the staff there, and the easy to use systems with ordering and everything, came out of the store with a smile on my face.

Bought a pair of work shoes and within a week the heals were coming apart. I don't walk very far distances at workt thay warrant this. Waste of £50. Won't be buying any shoes here again.

Theo helped us today to help pick out shoes for our little one. He went above and beyond in making sure the shoes fit perfectly, and checked his feet in a fantastically playful way which meant that our toddler really loved the experience. He was friendly, smiley and just so attentive to our needs in finding us shoes, as well as informing us of discounts on any promotions they had. All round great guy ! Thanks Theo

I don't know where to begin absolutely pleasant young lady who help me get just the right shoe fitting for my 5 year old daughter! She was fantastic and my daughter absolutely loved her we only went in to buy my partner a pair of shoes and ended up walking out with a pair for myself and my daughter as well! One of, if not the best schuh shop ever.

Really friendly helpful staff, nothing’s too much trouble

Went into the shop on the first late night shopping in Truro to purchase some Dr Martens shoes for my wife, we looked at many styles and she tried on a few single shoes only the 6 shop assistants were too busy talking about wetsuits amongst other things, to even offer help, what’s more there was nobody else in the shop. Perhaps because we we are older they felt we weren’t a suitable demographic to be their type of customers. We will never try and shop there again.

Went shopping here on monday and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding the shoes I wanted. One staff assistant in particular was so patient and understanding of my tic disorder and was so kind to me. She helped me find everything I needed. The shoes they didn't have in stock were delivered to me very quickly. Even my sister was very impressed with our shopping experience.

Great service, helpful and attentive staff. Even in the height of Christmas shopping they were calm and took the time to strike up conversation.
