Matalan

Unfortunately had a bad experience on our visit my mum is disabled and needed to use the facilities we choose to shop here because the last time we visited you had a toilet in this store. When asked if my mother could use your toilet a rude staff member said a sharp no even after explaining my mums problems she had a full trolley of your items and told us to go else where so i told my mum to leave her full trolley and we will take our money elsewhere and deserve better customer service and we won't ever be returning.

Interesting retail outlet with a wide range if goods...keep your eye open for bargains . We'll worth a visit

Couldn't really find much that I liked, but I bought a dressing gown and my husband bought a T shirt, not really worth a visit, u less you are in the area, I'd just been y an appointment at Treliske.

Found what I wanted for less what I wanted to pay…easy to find and plenty of parking…good value for money

This is my local store and I love to shop here however I will not shop here again as they have closed the toilets completely. Women need toilets and should not have to go without. The more time we spend in the store the more we buy so having a toilet is necessary. Aircon is also a sticking point, there are times i have been and its been too hot to shop. Apparently head office are in control of the aircon and won't put it on when it's needed! If you are going to run a retail store mainly aiming your sales to women then you really need to rethink your ideas. Please let me know if you decide to cater for women and I will continue my shopping days there. Until then...hello supermarket clothes shops!

This Truro store is on a business park and having travelled several miles to get to the store it would have been nice for toilet facilities. At the door it stated on a notice toilet facilities now closed. I feel now we are trying to get back to normality big stores need to provide these facilities again. If they want us older customers to spend our money in the store they need to provide facilities to cater for us. I have complained to Matalan about this before but didn’t get a response.

Had a great shopping trip there today. Bought a pair of boots and a jacket. Both were very good quality and price. Above all else though, the Staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Really loved the stock and what they had in stock

Been here to shop today, spent £75 in store but sadly there are no public toilets, which is appalling, especially when you have a condition and need to use desperately. Staff are fine but could do better with public toilets!

Store closes at 7, changing room closes at 6:30?? Absolutely pointless trip for me!!
