Next has a wide range of women's, men's & kid's clothing & home ware. Good quality clothing. Has a customer lift, elevator to go up & stairs to come down. All in all a good place to shop.
Everyone is so quick to complain these days literally over nothing but I would like to praise Chloe from Next in the Fraddon branch for her amazing customer service, who definitely went above and beyond to sort out an issue I had over an item of clothing. Not only was she incredibly mannerly and incredibly helpful where nothing was too much trouble for her to resolve my problem which made me a delighted customer, to which I would truly recommend this store for their customer service and Chloe is a credit to that store and company, thank you Chloe.
Not a review of the actual store, but the company as a whole.nnSo much for next day delivery, needed a shirt for work so ordered from Next online @ 19.03 on Saturday, the website says despatched @ 19.16 Saturday, still not delivered next day even though my account said it would be at the store by 14.00 on Sunday.nPlease don't pay over £20 to Next for there guaranteed service, including next day delivery as you are wasting your money!!nTurns out, it was delivered to the wrong store, what excellent service!!
this next shop is huge and has tons of clothes to choose from xx
