The service offered was abysmal, but may well be a central office/company policy to make returning faulty/misdescribed goods as difficult as possible. Insisting faulty goods had to returned to the branch they were purchased from. They only keep a very limited range of makes of running shoe - mostly their own brand Karrimor label. I for one tend to avoid them.

Part of a huge sports wear retail chain. Budget friendly clothing. One shopping experience at any store is much the same as any other. Staff were helpful. No complaints.

This is a good store you can buy sports equipment, something althele clothes so it is reasonably price and in the queue to the till it's not slow at all.
