Went for Xmas do dress, bought, put on night of do lace already torn, devastated took back with 1 hour to go, other dresses on rack torn lace etc, ended up settling for dress I didint like. Could not believe rudeness of staff or state of clothes, after shopping in next for thirty years, will never go back

It's was what you might expect from boots however I had to wait for 7 minutes in a queue whilst a person working at boots had her back to the line doing a stock take. Maybe she didn't have the proper authority to take payments on the till but to at least acknowledge that we were there would've been nice

Modern glass building with unrivalled views of the a30 and McDonald's. I went to buy some socks, purchased size 7-11 but when I got home they were tiny. Returned to the store and realised the men's department was upstairs, I'd bought toddlers socks, had a nice Paw Patrol design though.

The service is always great to hear the staff very friendly knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble also the selection of clothing and furniture is absolutely amazing!
