This is a really cool bookshop! I wish we'd had longer to spend perusing the shelves as there are non-fiction books on almost any subject you could think of, as well as modern and classic fiction, children's books, both brand new and second-hand at very reasonable prices. There's is also a whole room of music books, sheet music, CDs and vinyls. Lots of nooks and crannies, almost every corner filled with floor to ceiling shelves! There is a lovely cafe on the top floor of the building. It was also named as number 6 on the Guardian Online's 'World's 10 Best Bookshops'!

It's honestly like stepping into the book shop in a fairy tales. Rambling over three floors and stuffed to the brim with beautiful and interesting books on a wide variety of subjects it's also well cared for and has a really good little vegetarian cafe for when you need to pause from browsing. Definitely one for repeat visits.

A bit tucked out of the way, but what a find! Books fill every corner, nook and crevice. Mixture of new and second hand books on offer. Nice cafe too where you can while away time with your purchases.

Lovely book shop where you can easily end up spending a whole afternoon. There are books on more subject that I could imagine, and the little cafe serves delicious food.

An absolutely unique book shop. You are unlikely to have ever seen a book shop like this before and is worth visiting for its oddity alone. Not a lot of parking available outside but that is because it is on a narrow little street with a view over the mill pond. Thousands of books, in every possible space available. If you like books and are in the area then you must visit.
