Yesterday everyone active hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. The hall was spotless on arrival and all set up ready to go, the staff were really helpful and did everything for us - including tidying up! Everyone complimented the party saying how good it was. They have a speaker ready to connect your phone to, put tables out ready for our food, brought clingfilm & tinfoil out when we were putting the food away and the bouncy castle set up / soft play was great. Thanks for helping me create a memorable birthday for my little girl! Highly recommend.
It's good at off peak times, toilets are clean.nEntrance reception area seems to awaya look busy because parents are hanging around with children and there is a little waiting care area. Nothing to worry about as it doesn't mean the place is choca block.nA little more cleanliness would be great , especially the stretch area of the gym.

I'm trying to book a simple family swimming session for my young daughter. I've never know such a terrible website to actually find swimming times. Then you have to register an account to book. Then the booking process has so many tickets boxes dates, swimming types and options it's impossible to use. Then it won't allow me to book today and has the 16th in which is next Sunday. It's impossible to use. So I will try and speak to a human being. NOPE. Nobody answers the phone and it just refers me to the website. I've given up.
This is for the gym - Fairly large work-out area. They never seem to have the air conditioning on, but the receptionists have the heating on full blast.nnSome of the equipment is always out of order. The weights machines are rusty and they’ve written on them in tippex? Can you not afford decent equipment? Treadmills are dated and poor quality. Clear nepotism in the recruitment, and massively over-staffed. Sort it out.
