Yesterday everyone active hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. The hall was spotless on arrival and all set up ready to go, the staff were really helpful and did everything for us - including tidying up! Everyone complimented the party saying how good it was. They have a speaker ready to connect your phone to, put tables out ready for our food, brought clingfilm & tinfoil out when we were putting the food away and the bouncy castle set up / soft play was great. Thanks for helping me create a memorable birthday for my little girl! Highly recommend.
I feel completely scammed by this gym. When I signed up, I was told I could cancel my membership at any time. That turned out to be a lie. They never mentioned any kind of 30-day cancellation notice. Now they’re telling me I have to wait two months to cancel, even though I haven’t used the gym at all recently. And today, they went ahead and charged me again—no refund, no help, no accountability.nnThis is unethical and dishonest. Hiding key terms from customers just to trap them into paying more is bad business. I regret joining and I strongly warn others: read every line of the fine print and be ready for poor customer service if you ever try to leave.nnDo yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects its members.
I was in the gym for a dance class 06July and, as usual, Nina was very helpful. She's always ready to help, with a friendly smile!nAlex Buckley has always been very friendly and helpful from the moment I joined. However, most recently he has been very solicitous and very kind and supportive at a difficult time for me. It is much appreciated.Thanks. Maggie
