I never thought I would ever enjoy something as much as im enjoying barbelles. I'm achieving things that I never thought possible. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. All the trainers are super supportive, as are other members of the gym. Everyone is so encouraging, it makes you want to try harder. I feel more confident and im noticing the difference in myself. Thank you all for all your support.

I started at Barbelle last Summer on the trial and loved it from the beginning. The sense of community makes for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everybody is friendly and the coaches are fab, supportive, know when to push you and celebrate your wins, however small. Going to Barbelle, definitely helped me during a difficult time at the beginning of this year and I feel fitter and stronger now, than I have done for years. I can't stop banging on about it to anyone who'll listen!!

I came to Barbelle because I wanted to get fit, what I found was a really enjoyable experience with people who are very friendly and coaches who are fab at what they do. I love the flexibility of classes and the support I receive, I am losing weight and getting fitter so it's a win win. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.

Barbelle is the best experience I've ever had with any gym or PT. The strength sessions are varied and fun. My mindset and strength has been so much better since I joined in September. The coaches are all amazing and supportive. One thing that stands out for me is that everyone is at different stages but this doesn't matter, no-one is better/worse ... we're all in it together. I absolutely love my mornings, sets me up for the day. When I can I cram a Cardio session in on a Saturday ... long may it continue!

Joining Barbelle is one of the best things I've done. Each workout is tailored to each individual based on their ability and goals meaning the BEST results are achieved. I've never met such a friendly bunch of people. Barbelle is SO much more than a gym and I love it. Abi, James and Emma are exceptional coaches and I couldn't recommend them more.

I have been a member at Barbelle now for 17 months. I was advised after undergoing back surgery to go and lift weights to strengthen my core and back to prevent reoccurrence. It was the absolute best decision I have ever made. Not only have I never suffered with my back since, I am fitter, stronger and much more confident. The coaches are so knowledgeable and each workout is tailored to the Individual, not just one size fits all! The groups are small and everyone is listened too. I cannot recommend enough.

I started Barbelle in Nov 2017 after needing some extreme motivation to get back fit and healthy. Initially, I was a little nervous about joining as it had been a long time since id done any kind of fitness. However, from the first time I met Abi, to all of her sessions, you can see how lovely she is and the passion she has to help you reach your goal. She has given me my confidence back to push myself everyweek and I can see such a difference in myself. I have so much more energy, my body shape is changing and most importantly I feel great. I had a back injury 4 years ago resulting in me struggling with exercise but Abi has really supported me with this throughout my sessions, adjusting exercises and giving me advice on how we can strengthen it and already i can see a huge difference. I look forward to every session each week as its always totally different from the previous one. I can honestly say Barbelle has now become a part of my life, iv never felt so good and It will be something I am going to continue for the future. So if you want one of the most unique and best personal training experiences come and join the Barbelle family you wont regret it, you will LOVE it.

The most effective training I’ve ever done . Look forward to the sessions instead of being something to endure ! The all round approach to focusing on not only exercise, but as importantly diet and nutrition is helping me reach my goals quicker than I thought was possible and in a way that is sustainable
