I love this place, joined two years ago to get back into training after a couple of years out and it's completely changed the way I approach exercise. Everybody is really friendly and approachable and the head coach is dedicated and knowledgeable. You work hard but you progress and you have a laugh along the way and there is a really good atmosphere at every session! Highly recommended!

I Originally signed up for 4-5 months to improve my fitness level while training for a triathlon.....that was over 2 years ago. Why give something up when it makes you happy? An added bonus, my fitness has improved and I have made new friends along the way. Pete makes every session adaptable to everyone so there is no fear of not being able to preform the movements. Get ready to be turned into an athlete.

I've learnt more about fitness here in 10 months than I have in the whole of my two decades and a bit of life. Everything you learn is transferable; you get life skills as well. While you're lifting the little nugget weights (to start with) you'll probably get some nuggets of wisdom from the other members. The people make it and every single person there is sound. If there's anything you think you can't do, Pete will prove you wrong and use his knowledge make you fitter than you've ever been. Don't be put off by the size of the box, it's got everything a gym needs. It's 100% suitable for anyone of any ability; I recommended it to my Dad and he said he prefers fishing however I bet if he came with me for a week he'd be hooked.

I've been a member of several gyms in the past and Crossfit Scarborough is by far, the best gym I've been a part of on my fitness journey. The coaching, training ethos, atmosphere and camaraderie have encouraged me to train and eat better and stay consistently focused. I've achieved goals I didn't know I could reach. I feel and look stronger and I'm the fittest I've ever been.! We have a laugh and support each other. We're a community and Crossfit is for anyone and everyone. I love being here!

A truly one of a kind fitness experience. The Head Coach offers Charisma, Sarcasm amd knowledge in equal measure. The all inclusive strength and conditioning programming offers no end of progression. A true community box not to missed!
