Wasted an hour trying to change mums card from Spanish to English. Not one member of staff in the branch spoke Spanish although being a Spanish bank. Was unable to change card back to English therefore had to queue up to get money out three cash book. I've advised Mum not to keep a bank account with Santander and change the TSB Lloyds bank. Disgusting that no one speaks Spanish to change settings that can be changed in error on the cashpoint.
