Wasted an hour trying to change mums card from Spanish to English. Not one member of staff in the branch spoke Spanish although being a Spanish bank. Was unable to change card back to English therefore had to queue up to get money out three cash book. I've advised Mum not to keep a bank account with Santander and change the TSB Lloyds bank. Disgusting that no one speaks Spanish to change settings that can be changed in error on the cashpoint. 
When it came to being called over to the cash is desk The barrier to prevent people from standing too close to the Casheres is so badly placed have ability scooter couldn't make it round in one go resulting in her having to get out of the cart and walk to the cashiers which she was very stressed as she is very unsteady on her feet. Shocking service one out of 10 terrible Santander.
