Help if showed right opening times on your website for today

Stupid system, walked in qued up as I wanted to lower my overdraft. When I was eventually seen was told that I had to make an appointment, so stupid! before all you had to do was go in give your details and get it lowered took a couple of minutes. Was asked if I did online banking and obviously they don't as they would know that you can't lower it online but of course you can increase it. They obviously want to keep people in debt that's how they make money,paying their bosses millions of pounds a year in bonuses for doing well and not passing anything on to their customers when we the tax payer's bailout their backside every time it goes pear-shaped. RANT OVER.
