Dont use this bank if you want to speak to a Business Manager - there is no one there to help. You have to phone a Tel no in Coventry who put you through to a vm system to receive a call back. You can discuss on phone but forget talking face to face.

Worst bank in Southend no staff all machines. And Terrible service I've recently left this bank due to lack of staff

The new ATMs make it quick and easy to do simple banking tasks like depositing money or checking accounts, I don't know why the older machines are still there with half the capabilities.
I was seen relatively quickly when I had more complex banking needs, but staff on the floor is limited, and are commonly caught up helping people use the new machines so it could take a while to grab their attention.

This is a good bank gone bad. A smashing modern and spacious building but now fitted with the dreaded automated teller machines. For this reason, best to avoid.

Rubbish, no one works the floor to help you. It's all digital now so when you have an issue you need help with you have to wait ages just to see someone!!!
