Today 28.03.23 I found a pigeon with injured wings in my backyard.  It would be impossible for him to fly cause he was bleeding.  I didn't know what to do and he deserved a second chance.  My husband called and the team were amazing, 5/5 stars, no words to thank you enough.  They really care about animals.  Empathy is the key.  Thank you very much once again.

I cannot give this veterinary practice more praise. Everyone from the receptionists, to the vets, are incredible. The compassion and empathy shown here is something that is not found often in veterinary practices. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the level of care shown to your pets. The exotic vets are fantastic and their knowledge is incredibly helpful. I would recommend this veterinary practice to all my poultry and reptile enthusiast's, as well as your dog's, cats and small mammals. Your care and commitment is wonderful to see in the animal industry. Thank you for everything

I've had my dogs treated at 3 of the Manor Vets branches and I can't fault them or any of the vets. They've always been gentle and patient with my 2 nervous chihuahuas and I'd thoroughly recommend their practices.

Mikal took the time to check my bunny's health thoroughly and talked me through his health challenges and future treatments. He took my concerns seriously and uncovered some problems that other vets had missed. Fingers crossed my bunny will be back to peak health soon.

Called to book my cat for an emergency appointment as her ulcer started to worsen. We havent registered with you guys before however it was the closest vet to us therefore i decided to call for advice and help. Was turned away and told to call our usual vets which was quite upsetting as the manor would be a lot closer. Youre offering emergency appointments which id literally pay for and youre turning my cat away when she needs help!? Shame on you.

After calling around a multitude of vets I finally was able to received help when I came across Manor Vets. Their exotic vetinary staff were very experienced and explained everything clearly, they were able to book me in for multiple appointments without issue and I'm very thankful to have found them during such a stressful time for my lizard.

As a new cat owner, I have a lot of questions and worries.  Thanks to Reception stuffs for being patient with me and answering all my questions with the smile.  Thanks to Sean and Mandy for looking after my little cat Deno

After taking my hamster Dexter to many general vets I was recommended to come here to see an exotic vet specialist.  I throughly recommend Dr Mikel exotic small animal specialist who treated Dexter several times. Dr Mikel always took the time to ensure he explained everything clearly. He always wanted to be kept updated about Dexter’s progress and always got back to me quickly regarding any concerns between appointments. You could tell Dr Mikel genuinely cared for the well-being of the animals and wanted ensure they were getting better.  All the staff at the practise were lovely and professional and for anyone who has an exotic pet - I would bring your pet here in the first instance as their service incomparable.
