We always see either Louise or Stephen at Pype Hayes vets, they know our dog is nervous so always take extra time to fuss him and settle him, they also carry out any treatment quickly and efficiently. Thanks you guys.

We recently took our dog to Pype Hayes Medivet . As usual the staff were caring and compassionate and explained what was wrong with our girl. Reception staff were friendly and respectful to our needs .

I am deeply saddened and disappointed by my experience with this veterinary clinic. Over the past two years, I lost two beloved cats while under their care. The treatment both my pets and I received was unacceptable.  The first incident occurred when my first cat had to be put down. The lack of empathy from the staff was shocking. They immediately handed me the card reader for payment, barely giving me a moment to grieve.  Unfortunately, history repeated itself with my second cat. Again, I was met with a similar lack of compassion and insensitivity. To lose two pets under such distressing circumstances is unbearable, but the rude and indifferent attitude of the staff made the experience even worse.  I understand that sometimes outcomes cannot be changed, but basic human decency and empathy should always be present in such difficult moments. I hope this feedback prompts a reflection on how they handle such situations and improve their approach for future clients.

I've been coming to this practice for over 50 years when it was Kirby and Cooke. They always took great care of my pets. However, sadly, under this new ownership, the scandalous price increase is simply profiteering. My dog had an operation to stop its knee dislocating mmin March 2022 costing £900. Her other leg dislocated last week, and I was quoted £2200 for the same operation. Outrageous increase. I will be looking for a new practice

Each time I've visited Pype Hayes Veterinary Centre I have been welcomed by friendly staff and my pets have been put at ease by compassionate and genuinely caring medical staff. I can highly recommend them.

Would definitely recommend this vets practice to other pet owners. They are very kind and professional and are always available same day when we have an emergency. They handled the passing of my cat with dignity and compassion.

Fantastic vets seen to quickly good pricing and they really do care and love for your pets. I had a lovely lady vet, her name was Baccha?  so sorry if i have this wrong she made my dog feel more comfortable as she was shaking from fear of being in the vets. Felt really welcomed by all staff and there was a nice atmosphere.
