Amazing practice! Before deciding on a new vet for my cat, I researched Birmingham vets and their operators. Orchard Vets and their plans help make accessing great support for my pet accessible and not stressful. While the vets are 20 minutes away from where we live, it's worth the journey.  They make it simple to understand all costs and the actual service and vets are amazing. Reception is always kind and warm and you can tell that everyone sincerely loves helping animals. I trust my pet in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

I went to Orchard as it was recommended by family we have had another dog on there pet plan for the entirety of their life. I was initially happy however after using them for 6 months realised that they are not what they used to be! Unclear information, disorganised, and quick to shirk any responsibility on errors or mistakes. I was advised wrong on pet plan costs and cover multiple times. If they cant get the basics of customer care right, then certainly wouldn't trust them with my dog!

I had an appointment today, which I thought that I had made with a boarding service, as that is a serviceI called. My kitten had a general health check lasting 10 minutes, and I was informed about a health care plan option. When I made the appointment, at no point was I told that I will have to pay £55 for a short check up and visit. If anyone at the surgery would have told me that I could have joined a monthly healtcare plan, I wouldn't have to pay for this unnecessary check up and I may have joined it then and there.  Yet the staff are clearly quite uncomfortable and not fully informed of the benefits, so they couldn't really sell it to me. If I would have been explained to about it properly, it wouldn't feel like fraud. The staff chatting in the background about our visit also made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.I am very disappointed, as I had higher expectation of our first visit. Clarity and honestly goes a long way. Being dishonest and unclear at first, does not make a good impression.

Very good vets sometimes a bit of a wait but for quality you have to wait staff very friendly and nice buses go here x22 bartley green 76 northfield weoley castle 23 woodgate valley and bartley green get off northfield road stop then a short walk £2 single fare disabled accessible small car park R.I.P blue

Really amazing staff! They were so patient and caring with my cat. We had to get some tests and treatments for moving her overseas and the OV vet Jamie was incredible. Highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you for your excellent care of my dog. He fell unwell whilst in the care of my daughter and your attention, diligence and support saw him recover quickly. I have great faith in Orchard Vets. The best around. Also- anytime I phone up, the staff are always caring, polite and well mannered, dealing with my concerns and issues professionally. Highest praise for you all. Thank you.

Would like to thank Orchard vets for all your support and service over the past 17 years. On the 16.10.23 we had to let our dear dog Milly go to heaven. The support and aftercare we received from the staff was Exceptional and sincere. Massive thank you guys for all your care. Much appreciated Mr E Kelly-Roche and Mr C Kelly-Roche

Went to register my rehomed retired greyhound, she is very reactive to other animals, whole thing was handled very well, no stress for all involved. So pleased I am now with them
