BBQ was absolutely amazing, best I've had in a long time
Asked for Pork in Oyster sauce, dish was pork in batter with a strange sauce certainly not what I ordered, my Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong Style, chicken was tough probably overcooked. Ive always preferred Sando's to any other take away but this time was very disappointed. Has it changed ownership.
It's hands down the best Chinese takeaway in scunthorpe if you're into old school chunky greasy chips. I had spicy chips with egg rice with added veg and garlic curry sauce and a great tasting omelette. If you're into madras hot curry sauce on top of chunky chips that soak it up then Sando is for you.
The food is ok..the salt and pepper chips were nothing I'd ever tried before spicy and totally different to how I imagined they would be. The only bad comment that I would give was that I tipped the delivery guy £2.80 and he did not have the decency to even say thank you..judging by his overweight size he's probably been catered for by his mummy his entire life:
First time customer and was not impressed ,I had the sausage,chips, peas and gravy meal. Sausages were rock hard chips are way to large more like half a potato than a wedge and gravy was more like glue and came luke warm I shall not be ordering from here again.
We don't use any other Chinese. Salt and pepper chips and ribs are spot on. Nice and hot. Never disappointed with any of the food we have tried.
Excellent, really enjoyed it. A+++
