Friendy staff, service was fast and the food was very good. We had a reservation for 20 but there was no gaps between meals. Will recommended to others

Lager was poor, though usually it's fine. Customer service isn't the best. A lot of the staff seen as though they don't want to be there or like their job. Can often take a while to get served

Well usually no problems here but last visit was appauling... Found a hair in my food so politely called over waitress who wasn't impressed, slight miscommunication as she was mumbling and I have partial deafness, she turned away to go bk to kitchen and mumbled jesus (my daughter isn't deaf) spoke to manager who I must say was nice, he spoke to her and of course she denied it, thought when I had got my replacement that would be end of the matter but no every member of staff gave us horrible looks and really made me uncomfortable... Waited 45 mins after finishing meal and not one person came to clear table or bring desert had to get attention of another lady (who I must admit was loverly) to clear table, In my opinion it was a hot day and the staff clearly wanted to be outside more than in. Safe to say I won't be going back there or recommending.

The Queensway is on the whole a nice place to eat and the staff are really polite and helpful. Unfortunately some time they are let down by the kitchen staff Although after tonight's visit for a family curry night I found it hard to believe that there was only 3 curries to choose from and the hottest of these was a chicken tikka, the mango chutney was the spiciest thing on my plate
