went to buy a kuga , spoke with bruce all round nice guy, went away and had a coffee and think about the car and when we returned bruce had gone for lunch and the other salesman their who we spoke with was an absolute waste of time and could not have been more negative and off putting..never called back as promised.......lost a 30 grand deal went to coalville ford instead, suggest they reveiw their sales team its costing them money

Just got a ford fiesta st from sandicliffe melton Bruce from sales was very helpful and a all around nice guy the deal was done everything went to plan I can't be happier with the car thanks Jason

Absolute con-men. Lied through their teeth about the car I was buying, damaged it when performing service/MOT the following year and have illegally shared my personal details. Disgusting, don't even buy a tyre from here they'll just take advantage of you.

Iv had 3 cars from this dealer, the salesman are great but iv had major issues with the service side , always a further problem after a service I'm not taking my car there again
