Do not park on their forecourt - had my car hit by one of their employees, they didn’t own up to it and tried to t-cut out the dent    chased them up for liability insurance and they would not provide  don’t go here, the cars are poorly maintained, upon arrival we saw an employee using a touch up pen on a BMW that had just arrived, when we left we saw the same BMW for sale, bunch dodgy blokes  In response to FG Cars - you failed to provide liability insurance details and have since been reported to the police for leaving the scene of an accident without exchanging valid insurance details - it was in the car park for your dealership… was hit by one of your dealers or garage mechanics moving the motor home on your land

I was looking for a BMW 1 series and FG Cars in Loughborough had one that ticked all the boxes.  After visiting the showroom in Loughborough myself and my Wife were put at ease and found all the staff polite, courteous and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car we were keen on.  We returned and took the BMW out for a test drive, there was no pressure whatsoever and the whole process was relaxed and easy throughout.  The BMW was issued with a years MOT and the small advisory was rectified by them a week later.  My Wife had purchased a car from them previously and found them to be reliable and diligent, hence why we returned.  Personally I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase a car.

Brought my car from these in January it was supposed to have been serviced but I’m afraid an oil and oil filter change is not a service. I took it back for them to fit a new battery as it wasn’t holding a charge they said they changed the air and pollen filter while I was there. The car is now due another oil change which I would normally do my self but it will have to go to a garage as the sump nut is totally rounded off I can only assume this Was done by Fg cars mechanic. Along with all the other faults I have found with this car I would recommend people to stay away from these cowboys

We found the car we were interested in online and rang a few places. Out of the all the dealerships we spoke to we felt that this one seemed the most professional and friendly. We made the appointment and went within the hour we found some dealerships need extra time to prep the car - which was off putting  Sam greeted us as soon as we entered the showroom and quickly got the car in question out of the showroom while we had a coffee  From start to finish we cannot fault anything from F G Cars - we highly recommend 5 stars

I recently bought a Van from this company and part ex'd my old vehicle. Throughout the process the guys I dealt with were great, communication spot on and I really felt they looked after me. I'd recommend this company for sure. Thanks especially to Tim, Kyle and Kieran!

I bought a food focus from F G Cars and they were nothing but helpful during the process. The vehicle arrived on the day we agreed and they took my car away part-ex and the transfer was smooth and fast. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend this company enough Thanks guys The 2nd day of owning the car I noticed the parcel shelf and engine undertray were missing. I contacted Kieran and he had the money sent over so I could order them myself and have them delivered to me! Thanks again guys  From max Bristol

Bought a van from them in august and on the way home of 500 plus miles the van cut out number of time and I put it down to sitting for a bit but now had to do a full service that they said they done but hadn’t and van still cuts out and even at 70mph no warning I’ve had to replace the fuel pump as thought to be the issue but still doing it emailed them nothing and also took two weeks for them to tax it that I paid for on the day of collecting and still waiting on the log book for it every poor way to do business very disappointing

I was looking for a specific Range Rover Sport which FG Cars had available. I visited the showroom on a Sunday to view the vehicle. The service I received was amazing, the staff answered and the questions I had, and went above and beyond. I paid a deposit, arranged a collection date, the car was in an immaculate condition as seen and ready to drive away. I would highly recommend FG Cars

I bought a car from FG Motors Loughborough and it was the worst thing I could have ever done. AN hour after leaving FG Motors Loughborough the car broke down. I then found out that part of the windscreen was missing which was hidden by a mirror box. Was told the car was unworthy but FG Motors Loughborough refused to get the car fixed. I was told by a mechanic they were shocked it passed its MOT. We are now taking FG Motors in Loughborough to court. Don't buy a car from here. Read the reviews. There are lots of false positive reviews being posted to try and hide the real negative reviews. Read the negative reviews they are all true. If you are thinking of buying a car from FG motors then take a mechanic with you, or even hire the AA to go with you and they will fully inspect the car. The chances are the mechanic will tell you to go to another car sales room to buy a car.

If you are looking to buy a car in Loughborough then read the reviews first. You will find a lot of customers like me with the same problems. I bought a car from FG Cars in Loughbrough and within an hour the car broke down. A mechanic looked at the car and found behind the mirror box there was a chunk of windscreen glass missing which could result in the windscreen smashing if it went over a bump and could cause a serious accident. We contacted FG Cars in Loughborough about the windscreen and they were not interested. Instead they wanted me to commit insurance fraud by claiming off my own insurance. I like so many other people have approached FG Cars in Loughborough to get the car fixed which cost £5,000 and they are not interested. We are now taking them to court which could cost FG cars thousands of pounds. I am also sending a file to Trading Standards. If you have bought a car from FG cars and think you have ran out of time to take legal action against them then you are wrong.
