On arriving I was a acknowledged by a member of staff. Felt instantly at home. I'd emailed the store earlier in the week and was seen by Andy. He demo'd and set up my new guitar for me. My first guitar may I add. A fender cc 60 s. Very happy and a pleasant buying experience. Looking forward to learning and I'm sure I'll be back to see the guys at guitar guitar. Thanks Andy!

Never had a poor experience at this shop. Good prices and friendly staff who always say hello when you walk through the door. Aftercare is superb... any problems and they'll sort it out with no fuss.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a great range of guitars and gear. Staff are happy to give you time whether you are buying a Squier Strat or a Custom Shop Les Paul.

Went for a first setup. Neil was great. Very friendly, discussed what was wrong, what sort of setup I wanted and explained what was required. I'd highly recommend his guitar repair/setup service

Most of the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable enough about their products, and what I like the most is they don't try to become the salesman they ought to be who pushes you to buy something. I've heard about Guitarguitar's reputation but I can say this Newcastle branch are with great, friendly chaps.
