Authentic taste of Indian food at Samraat Tandoori Restaurant. Starters especially Chicken Tikka was delicious and Kadai Chicken was amazing. it’s was a bit of walk from my place but still food was good and worth the walk. Highly RecommendFood: 5/5
Everything was absolutely brilliant. Lovely service, amazing food and atmosphere. Would absolutely come here again and bring anyone. A great place with a very wide range of choices. Loved it. Deb was a legend who always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Thanks everybody!
This restaurant serves Indian cuisine with class yet at affordable prices. The menu has a lot of Bengali-oriented dishes; overall it accomodates for vegetarian and other diets, there is a great and interesting selection to choose from and enjoy. Samrat is a great choice, whether it's lunch-for-two or a big group dinner celebration; alcoholic drinks are also on offer in this beautiful old-fashioned setting. On top of it all, the service is great.
Ali had great customer service really made the experience lovely, warm and welcoming great place to spend your evening! Went to eat here for our grandparents wedding meal, he went the extra mile with a cake and table flowers just a genuine lovely man. Highly recommend restaurant!Food: 5/5

Had a fantastic Lamb Chatanand, husband ordered chicken & green chilli bhuna. Fresh crispy poppadums and plenty of onion salad and dips galore. Main dishes were divine, flavorsome, good portions & the rice was very moorish. Excellent prices, superb value for money. Clean, tidy restaurant with very attentive staff, providing true customer service, thank you Deb. I'm Coeliac & was very safe and looked after. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free knowledgeable and eaten there several times. Always tell them & they'll look after you.
Open tables not cramped togetherspace. Clean and tidy. Polite and pleasant staff. I asked for a mushroom vindaloo, not on the menu and the waiter did not bat an eyelid, it was delicious. Cucumber Raitha was freshly made. Had a great Mother's Day meal Vegetarian options: Well cooked and tasty Kid-friendliness: Their large fish tank attracted all our children
We love our local Indian. Samrat always serve up the most delicious dal and the Bombay aloo is unmatched! We always enjoy their wonderful service and have been back many times. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Just back from a trip to Ireland, had a few pints in The Abbey just down the road, was gonna get a takeaway but decide to eat in. Was not disappointed!! The food was gorgeous...I don't normally have any starter but was so hungry after getting in from the airport. So had sheek kebab, amazing. Then chicken Korma and a garlic naan, amazing!!! Then I had a dessert which I never do cause I'd be so full!? Anyways had choc ice cream and it was sooo nice, helped cleanse the pallette mmmmm! So glad I went in!
Have been coming here everyweek for years now, lovely staff, lovely tradition authentic food, highly recommended, hopefully this restaurant will be here for many more years to come!Food: 5/5
