Really nice place inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. We has a great time and the food was perfect. Love the open cooking. 10% surcharge a little high but very pleased over all.

Great food and loving the opening cooking, seeing the chefs cook right in front of you. Staff are friendly. The prices are quite high but in my opinion you get what you pay for.

Great fun at the teppenyaki table. Great chefs and excellent food. Shame about the outside of the building. Looks abandoned from the other side to the main entrance and am sure this makes some people think it's closed when it's not and puts them off!

Best Japanese around and also in the top three I've visited anywhere in the UK. I'm a Japanese food lover and these guys do it right. My only wish is that they would add rainbow rolls to the menu! **Edit: gone hugely downhill unfortunately

Dinner and a show; the food was fantastic and served with a touch of flair. In the spirit of tepenyaki, I would have appreciated much more showboating from the chef but ultimately he cooked to a high standard that I really enjoyed - I can safely recommend the spicy beef dish. This isn't a place for a romantic meal for 2 as you will be seated with other guests (9/10 of you in total) around a large, hot griddle. However, the atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. There is an on site car park that I've never seen busy and the service was as to be expected
