I've been to several Pizza Express' around the country and this is easily the worst I've been to. We were seated fine but it took them half an hour to take our order, and that was only after my partner got up and asked if they could come to our table. The place was really not that busy and we also got no apology for the wait when placing our order. Food came out relatively quickly though so kitchen service was fine. Our pizzas were rubbery in texture but tasted fine. Thankfully we had food vouchers so bill came to about £8.00 for two drinks in the end. Even with vouchers I will be avoiding in future.

Asked for Mayo to go with my Polenta Fries, was told that they don't have mayo? In all my years dining out I have never come across this. On another note I don't know who in their head office thought it would be a good idea to dress the kitchen staff to look like prisoners from a 1920 America jail, but into not a good look.

Had an adventurous meal here. Had to substitute my raisins for jalapenos. Who has raisins on a pizza?

The food is very good and the service is too. The choice of dishes is good.

Just finished our meal and I have to say we had a lovely time, great food and even better service. We had a little blip with pudding, but that was sorted out for us very quickly with many apologies. Checked the bill and they had taken my pudding off. Thanks again, we shall be returning again :).
