Nice spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Pleasant and obliging staff. Ridiculous, slow and confusing double card requirement. One for entry, one for lights. Good breakfast. Great bacon and coffee. Good value for money.
We enjoyed our stay here, hotel was clean, staff were lovely, nice little bar area, comfortable seating, book selection for you to read and some children's books. There is a shop 50 yards away where you can get sweets, cigarettes, lottery etc. The only down side was the breakfast, cold plates with barely warm food, was very tasty, but, I am wondering if the people of Northampton don't like warm food???? We would stay again though as the rooms have everything you need, and the beds are quite comfortable, and the staff are very attentive.
Popped in on the off chance for something to eat and drink as was attending a performance at the Royal & Derngate.nThe Staff were very accommodating And the food was good no complaints nThere is a car park right next door and train station is only 15 minutes walk away. Would recommend.
Staff were friendly, key cards weren’t working properly so some people could get in there rooms and others couldn’t, had to get a new key card. No car park but there’s a couple of car parks a short walk away. We parked in the multi story car park and paid £.2.20 over night on a Saturday.
I stayed at Premier Inn for a week in August due to work, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful, but Glenn stood out, he was extra polite, welcoming and always had a smile. We had some great chats during my stay, which made it even more enjoyable.nnThe bed was very comfy, and I appreciated that the doors closed quietly, which made the atmosphere more relaxing. I stayed on the ground floor, and while I could hear people walking or running above me which was a bit annoying it luckily stopped around 8 PM. I know the hotel was built around 2014, and it’s a shame they didn’t invest in better flooring and sound insulation, typical of a new build..nnNice, clean and big room, big bath tube.nOur room had a few defects, but I only stayed in one room, so it’s possible the others are perfect or these issues may have already been fixed too.nnThe burger was tasty, the lasagne was okay, curry wasn’t impressing. Not the best price value.nnStaff: 5/5nFood: 3/5nRoom condition: 3.5/5nnA good stay overall, thanks to the wonderful staff!
