Really nice staff, calm atmaspher and clean toilets ( always good in a restaurant). The pizza is always lush but I'd like the rasoito to have more flavour.

I received some Prezzo gift cards for Christmas. I've never been to Prezzo before, so I was interested to see what it was like. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. We walked through the door and assumed that we had to wait to be seated. We hovered near the entrance and there were two Prezzo staff who were avoiding all eye contact with us. As they seemed so disinterested, we thought we'd find our own table. Then, all of a sudden, the staff who had ignored us, jumped at the opportunity to tell us we're not allowed to choose our own table. They told us to take a seat in the entrance lounge and wait. As soon as my butt touched the seat in the entrance lounge they said 'follow me'. There were only 8 customers in total in the restaurant, 1 chef and 3 wait staff. I must praise the chef, as the food was good, however all three wait staff were unskilled and miserable. I'm glad I wasn't using my own money to pay for this and I'm glad I know that Prezzo is not a restaurant which I will ever go to again.

Lovely meal. Excellent choice of gluten free meals. Almost everything as a GF option. Good service. Didn't rush us.

Food was stunning the staff were outstanding but the state of the toilets are inexcusable
