I first went to Full Stop when they had a small unit in the nearby gym, and the staff at that time were great. Then they moved to the larger shop, and everything went downhill. I've only gone there for manicures, so can't comment on anything else. The staff don't talk to you. They treat you like a part on a production line. They use a grinder to smooth your nails before polish, and to help remove the gel polish. They also use pure acetone, because it's cheap. This leaves your nails thin and damaged after a couple of manicures. If your nails hurt when you put them under the dryer to dry the gel, that's because they're damaged. There's no need to use a grinder, a gentle roughening with an emery board is enough. Last time I went there, it took 6 months for my damaged nails to grow out again. I had my Combo Brows done at this salon by Daniela Costan, she is amazing. Very clean set up and she is a lovely lady. If you want great SPMU then make sure u call her xService:&nbsp;Permanent makeup

Staff have changed, asked if Ken or the Turkish lady was there and the staff didn’t know who they were. She saw me 15 min late and when I asked her for a manicure she declined due to not enough time and next time I should book it in. Then the next person staff started saying the same to her customer that you should book it in, my conversation should not be discussed by the other person, as she proceeded I asked if she could push my cuticles back before she applied the polish and she refused saying that’s a manicure. I have been coming here for years and that’s how they were always done. In fact I never used to ask they were just done.She said I should stop being rude. I was absolutely mortified I told her to let go of my hands and walked out. Used to be lovely people there and the receptionist would always try and accommodate but these women were useless. Obviously need customer service training. Had she started in time I may have had time to have the manicure done.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Avoid this place! I went to get my acrylic nails removed. There was an Indian lady who removed my nails! She did my pedicure before and I hated it! Unfortunately I had the pleasure of her taking off my nails and OMG!!!! My nails were bleeding and I was in so much pain! She was so rough and my nails are now sensitive and still bleeding!  Never ever again will I step foot in here! They are not even professional I only the hairdressers are and some of the Asians are good but the rest is absolutely C**P!Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I had manicure and eyebrow threading and tint. Service was excellent especially Sonia. She is very professional and helpful. She listens and delivers more than what you have asked. Already booked my next appointment with Sonia.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Simply loved the experience at this salon. They have a single secluded room for women who wear hijab unfortunately it fits one person at a time, would be a lot nicer if they could fit 2 people at a time hence only 4 stars and not 5.  Peas was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job.

AVOID I am so disappointed with the standard on my pedicure. I have gel polish all over my cuticles and sides of toes, each nail was uneven, skin was not removed and the polish extremely streaky. Despite interrupting to try address these issues I had to just give up as the lady was just not guaging what I was trying to say. They shouldn’t be charging clients for services and then have staff who have never done nails/arnt trained. I paid for a service and unfortunately a child could of done a better job - it was like paint by numbers

So, so dissapointed. At the start I was exactly on time however I was sat waiting for a good 10 minutes before I was even attended to. I thought fine okay, whatever. Then the person doing my appointment comes finally ! but this guy was so rude. So impatient and  lacking basic fundamental people skills of any sort. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind to the people you provide a service to. I was already regretting coming at the start but I decided to brave it through. He kisses his teeth at me for taking a moment 1 min at the most to decide the colours as if I'm taking 7 years, storms off too and for what? Checks his phone during the appointment pretty unprofessional , acts so unreasonably when I accidentally lifted my hand up as if I had insulted his family. The only pros here is that the nails look nice however it said £40 on the website and I'm being charged £45? I just sucked it up  paid so I can run out of there ASAP. Plus he blew on my nails which I dont feel much of a way about  but pretty sure this with the fact he was being unhospitable was why the lady next to me said she was uncomfortable, cancelled her manicure and just dissolved her acrylics,  i mean we still are in a pandemic. I came here because I wanted to give a local business a chance but it is the first and the last time I will come. I still thanked the guy even though he was mean because that is who I am but I hope that this business will learn the importance of kindness.  Side note: I am a black woman so I don't want to call something this or that if it is not but I would hope the service I received is not due to any unsavoury reasons regarding appearance. I just wanted some nice nails for my first year at Uni but the experience was tarnished by the service received.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

The most awful experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The lady cut me three times cutting my cuticles and didn’t apologise once. I made it clear that it was painful, my hands were literally bleeding and she still said nothing and carried on. Accidents happen but three times was unacceptable and such poor manners/customer service. I spoke to my friend about it after and she said the exact same thing had happened to her with the same lady! I should’ve complained when I was there but I just wanted to get out. I’ve never had this experience anywhere else.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

First experience with the salon was awful .  The lady from reception was really rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment for nails extensions and she told me I only done for gel polosh she made me a liar. Apart that is do expensive , for a gel.polish £35 , the staff is not prepared to do it. Second day my nails polish gel was peeling off, which made me really angry. Now I went again to remove it and they sk me to pay again £35 to redo it which I found it so unacceptable  as were them fault. After a long fight I paid them again but then again the next day my manicure looked awful. The gelp polish was strating to peel off again and all the sone falling aparat . Plus they putme to pay anither £5 for stone. Ladies don't go there you will regret like I do.Service:&nbsp;Manicure
