I booked for facial on last week and i am very disappointing with the service they had provided to me. 
- facial room was freezing cold and beautican even didn’t bother to cover me with blanket.
- she left me 15 min for steaming on my face and steam has gone only on my left cheek.
-technique of facial is not even proper and effective.
I will not go again in this place. Its my second time bad experience in Fishponds salon. I prefer to go to town ventre branch.

very disappointed with the service 
 the girl is not an hairdresser at all 
i did not want to pay but i did not have choice 
and the salon super dirty ...
