Thoroughly impressed by this place! I’ve had some horrendous experiences with my nails before so I’m always apprehensive when I try somewhere new but I was pleasantly surprised. I love that they’re all qualified beauticians and felt very taken care of. I’m terrible at keeping up with self care being so busy and I only wish I’d booked in to keep up with the maintenance because the nails stayed so well. My natural nail would have been inches long by now if I had! *edited to reduce to 4 stars as unfortunately my last experience wasn’t as great. Still wonderful customer service and great job done on my nails however the person who prepped my nails over-thinned the tops as if they were prepping it for acrylics, which I’ve had confirmed through a professional and not only didn’t the gel polish last long, but 6 months later my nails are still flimsy and breaking. I’m hoping this was just an oversight perhaps everyone else had acrylics that day and the nail technician was in autopilot and next time it’ll be the high standard I’ve previously received.
Abbie did my acrylic nail infills and did an amazing job, she was friendly and chatty and made me feel very welcome. Ella did my luxury pedicure and made me feel the same and I will be booking with her for a facial soon. Staff are very friendly and professional, made me feel welcome as I was nervous coming in! Were able to sort my nails out and make them look lovely and presentable. Will be coming back in the future
I went for the first time last week, having received a gift voucher. Staff very good, friendly buy professional. A week on the nails still look like I had them done today! That is after a week of decorating a room, gardening and some woodwork!

My wife has gone back countless times since I gave her vouchers for her 30th birthday. She’s now 34! Staff are always welcoming, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Treatment prices are very competitive & standards are extremely high. My wife always comes back in such a good mood. Worth every penny just for that. Massive thanks to Angela and the staff team!!!
