I am a regular customer at Charisma and I always walk out feeling glorious! Molly often puts olaplex treatment on my hair (which is a miracle!) and gives a lovely head massage. Kelly cuts and blow dries my hair for me and it always looks and feels soft and shiny with a great bit of bounce. The staff there are all really friendly helping towards the happy and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone!

After having a bad experience and cut at another Salon- going to Charisma is just what I needed to get my confidence back. A very professional salon, lovely staff. Kelly transformed my hair with a fabulous colour, cut and made it a beautiful condition- Thank you so much!!! 
Can't recommend this salon enough- will not go anywhere else now!

I went here as a treat after 10yrs of diy and being terrified of salons. My first appointment was cancelled and then when i finally got there i was disappointed.  My hair was only lightened 2 shades not a great cool balayage as asked for.  Top was completely different to underneath.  To be fair the lady that did mine was completely over stretched due to terrible management of her bookings. Staff were so over booked i ended up being there from 9.30am till 4.30pm! Some Staff were constantly bitching about other customers in front of other clients and the phrase "Just tell her she looks amazing if she doesn't like it" was heard a couple of times. Overall I won't be going back for my follow up and didn't think it was worth over £100 with a 25% discount applied. Shame as most staff seemed lovely.

I have been to lot’s of different Salons around Bristol. But I found Charisma is Compelling and Charm. It seems very profesional and highly trained staff taking care of customers Hair cuts and other services they provide. Very knowledgeable and dedicated team working in this salon.

Peaceful on a Tuesday when Lisa and Billy will give you the time, attention and a smart haircut or colour. Very welcoming and fair prices too.
